前兩週跟幾位飯友去一家在芝加哥的摩洛哥料理餐廳,相當不錯~

我點的湯: Harira soup ($5 incl. tax/tips)

This national Moroccan starter consists of vegetable consommé simmered with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, assorted peas and Vermicelli pasta, carefully finished with Moroccan herbal blend.

很棒的前菜 (份量足夠我們六人share) 味道相當特別,挺好吃的~ Andalous Deal (Zaalouk, Taktouka, Carrots ala Sharmoula and Bakoula) $13 incl. tax/tips

我們一行六人,有三個人都點這道主餐~ Pastilla ($22 incl. tax/tips) Layers of chicken carefully seasoned with fine Moroccan spices rolled in phyllo dough then baked until crispy and delicious.

聽說這道菜是其中一道最具代表性的摩洛哥餐點 (不愛吃油炸食物的Kai不是很愛~)

我點的是魚: Tangier Tagine $21 incl tax/tips

Fresh fillet of lake Superior Whitefish baked tagine style with tomatoes, Bell green peppers, carrots in a Moroccan garlic sauce.

平時不太愛吃魚肉海鮮的我,為了寶寶的頭腦發育不得不強迫自己多吃魚肉

Pete點了這道special特餐~ 我偷吃了一口嚐味道,超級好吃的!甜甜的很合我的口味,下次若有機會再來,我一定要點這道~ (上面的羊腿看起來超可口~ 很想整盤跟他交換~
