最近發現原來義大利麵超簡單的,開始學習做各式醬料的義大利麵。今天嘗試的是番茄起士奶油醬為基底的義大利麵。上網找了基礎番茄起士奶油醬的做法,自己添加了一些烤蔬菜及海鮮~ 很好吃喔~

STEP 1: 海鮮+雞胸肉+洋蔥切絲+紅椒切絲 => 加一點橄欖油、鹽、黑胡椒 => 送入烤箱以400F烤30分鐘

STEP 2: 洋蔥+番茄+大蒜切丁 => 加一點橄欖油熱鍋 => 先將洋蔥大蒜炒至金黃

STEP 3: 再加入番茄丁、dry basil, sugar, dry oregano, salt and pepper. 煮五分鐘

STEP 4: 再加入鮮奶油及奶油用小火煮五分鐘

我用的是全麥的義大利麵

烤好的蔬菜海鮮~

STEP 5: 加入上面拌好的義大利麵及醬料中,再加入起士攪拌~

   

完成!

還會拔絲喔~

做好帶去聽戶外音樂會野餐~

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter (I also add parmesan cheese)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Make sure it doesn't burn. Add tomatoes, basil, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and continue to boil 5 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat; stir in whipping cream and butter. Reduce heat and simmer 5 more minutes.
