第二次的寶寶食物交換活動,小虎媽選做的是Four Bean Chili 四種扁豆碎牛肉粥~

小虎超愛吃的。這次有九位媽媽參加,有的小寶寶很挑嘴,有的則是甚麼都吃。有的喜歡清淡無味,有的則喜歡嘗試各種不同香料口味。小虎是屬於不怎麼挑食,且喜歡嘗試不同口味的寶寶。所以這種食物交換活動特適合小虎~ 媽媽一次煮一種,可以換回九種不同食物。小虎每天都可以吃不同的料理,媽媽我也不用擔心技窮,變化不出甚麼不同花樣。還可以藉此知道自己孩子甚麼喜歡吃甚麼不喜歡吃~

2湯匙蔬菜或菜籽油

1 Large Onion, chopped 1個大洋蔥,切碎
2 Garlic Cloves, minced 2瓣大蒜,切碎
1 Lb Lean Ground Beef 1磅瘦牛肉
1-15 Oz Can White Beans, rinsed and drained 1-15盎司白扁豆,沖洗和排水
1-15 Oz Can Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained 1-15盎司芸豆,沖洗和排水
1-15 Oz Can Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained 1-15盎司斑豆,洗淨,瀝乾
1-15 Oz Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained 1-15盎司黑豆,洗淨,瀝乾
1-28 Oz Can Chopped Tomatoes with Juice 1-28奧茲能與切碎的西紅柿汁
2-15 Oz Cans Tomato Juice 2-15盎司罐裝番茄汁
2 Tbsp Chili Powder 2湯匙辣椒粉
1 Tbsp Cumin 1湯匙孜然
2 Bay Leaves 2月桂葉
2 Tsp Salt 2茶匙鹽

1 In a sauté pan over medium heat place 1 tbsp of oil and sauté onions for 3 minutes.1湯匙油爆香鍋,炒洋蔥3分鐘。 Add minced garlic and sauté another minute until the onions start to caramelize, then remove and place in a crock pot.加入蒜末,炒一分鐘,直到洋蔥開始焦糖,然後取出,放一旁。
2. In the same sauté pan, add another tbsp of oil and sauté the ground beef for 5 minutes, breaking down the beef with a wooden spoon until it's cooked through and most of its juice has evaporated.在相同的炒鍋,添加另一個湯匙油和碎牛肉炒5分鐘,直到它煮熟肉汁蒸發。
3. Add the cooked beef and the remaining ingredients to the crock pot and stir to combine.加入熟牛肉和剩餘成分攪拌結合。
4. Cover and cook the chili on low for 8 hours.覆蓋和辣椒煮8小時低。
